After creating your account you will be prompted to add a site. Click on Add your first site.
Enter the name of your site and press Enter.
Leave the framework set to None and click the purple copy button to copy the displayed code.
In podpage click on ∫ > ∫ and pate the code into the Custom Head Tag Code and click Save.
Click on Save.
If you go to your site in an incognito window, and use the Verify site code button test that it's working.
