You will need to verify the site. Use the HTML Meta Tag Option

You can add this tag by clicking Copy in the HTML Meta Tag box, and then in Podpage go to Design > Custom Code > Custom HEAD Tag Code. paste the code, and click Save.

Then return to the HTML Meta Tag box in Bing, and click Verify.
