1. Create a Guest Profile

Navigate to Pages → Guests
Manual Creation or Intake Form: You can manually create a guest profile or have guests fill out an intake form for seamless information collection.

2. Make sure the guest has an email address
Ensure the guest's email address is entered in their profile:
Navigate to Pages → Guests
Update Guest Profile: Verify that the guest's email address is correctly entered in their profile.
3. Enable Guest Alerts
Turn on guest alerts to receive automated notifications:
Navigate to Pages → Guests → Guest Alerts and turn the feature on.
4. Attach Guests to Episodes in Advance
Add Episode Number: In the guest profile, add the episode number the guest will be featured on. When we import this episode, we will attach them to the episode.
