Setting Up Cookiebot & Obtaining Your ID
Create a Cookiebot Account:
Set up a free Cookiebot account by visiting their website.
Add Your Domain:
In the Cookiebot dashboard, Add your domain to the Cookiebot dashboard. Make sure to use the domain name that is connected to your Podpage website!
Design Your Consent Form:
Click on "Dialog" in Cookiebot to customize the appearance of your cookie consent form. It's recommended to display it at the bottom of your website.
Customize Content:
Navigate to "Content" in Cookiebot to tailor the content of your dialog to your preferences.
Obtain Your Domain Group ID:
Click on "Your scripts" in Cookiebot and copy the "Domain Group ID" (e.g., 83c5a793-4ndf-4ac2-bbcd-803249325f4d1a).
Adding Your Cookiebot ID to Podpage
Access the Podpage Dashboard:
Log in to your Podpage Dashboard.
Navigate to Advanced Settings:
Go to Settings → Integrations in the Podpage Dashboard.
Paste Your Cookiebot ID:
Locate "Cookiebot Domain Group ID" and paste the ID you obtained from Cookiebot into the provided box.
Reload Your Website:
After saving the changes, reload your Podpage website, and you'll see your Cookiebot banner in action.
