If you'd like to create a page on your website that displays legal information, go to Design → All Pages & Design Settings → Legal Policy

If you add any content in that box, a new Legal link will appear next to your Copyright info at the bottom of your page.

If you want to change "Legal" to "Imprint" or something else, just add that in the Legal Page Title field.
