Importing Reviews from Apple Podcasts
Enter Your Apple Podcasts ID: Start by entering your Apple Podcasts ID in the Pages → Reviews → Settings section. Podpage will begin importing reviews automatically.
Verification: Confirm that you've entered the correct Apple Podcasts ID to ensure the accurate import of reviews. You can adjust the default country for review checks in the same settings section.
Email Notifications: Receive email notifications every time a new review is imported. Access your reviews in the Publish section of the Dashboard.
Allowing On-Site Reviews
Direct User Submission: Enable users to submit reviews directly through your website by turning on On-site Reviews in the Publish → Reviews → On-Site Reviews section.
Review Form: A form will be added to your website, allowing users to submit reviews directly. The quick link to access this page is yourdomain.com/rate.
Showcasing Reviews on Your Website
Reviews Page: All 4 and 5-star reviews from Apple Podcasts are automatically displayed on the Reviews page of your website. Reviews under 4 stars are not published.
Site-Submitted Reviews: Reviews submitted through your website are initially hidden for your review. To publish them, go to the Reviews section of the dashboard and toggle the Hidden setting.
Featured Reviews on Homepage: Highlight exceptional reviews on your homepage by going to the Reviews section of the dashboard and clicking "Feature on Homepage."
Sharing Reviews on Social Media
Individual Review Pages: Each review has its own sharable page. Share the URL on your preferred social network to showcase positive feedback and enhance your podcast's online presence.
