Podpage streamlines the process of adding transcripts to your episode pages. When importing an episode, if we find transcripts in the feed, we automatically import and publish them to your website. Note: We import transcripts in .srt or .json format. We will not import transcripts in PDF format.
Manual Transcript Addition
If, for any reason, transcripts are not available in your podcast feed, you can easily add them manually:
Access Your Podpage Dashboard: Log in to your Podpage dashboard to access your website's settings and content.
Navigate to Publish → Episodes: In your dashboard, go to the "Publish" section and select "Episodes."
Select the Desired Episode: Choose the specific episode for which you want to add a transcript.
Add Your Transcript: Scroll down to the transcript field and paste your transcript text. This manual addition ensures that your audience has access to a transcript even if it's not included in your podcast feed.
