The single best reason to have a website is to create a direct connection with your listeners. You don't have control of how Apple, Google, or Spotify messages your users, so you create a website to take that control.

Now that listeners are on your website, the next step is to get them to form a long term connection with you. The best way to do that is by capturing their email address and getting them on your mailing list.

Email lists and Podpage

For all Pro accounts, Podpage includes a simple email form where you can capture user email address. You can set this up on your page by going to Settings → Collet Emails in your dashboard.

Podpage collects emails

The simplest way to do this is use Podpage's native email forms. You can include an email capture form in the sidebar, and also have a popup-modal take over the screen ___ seconds after the user has come to your page.

When a user does this, the email will be captured in your dashboard at Settings → Subscriber List.

You can export your list at any time, and we will remember what's been exported and what hasn't. Then you take this list and import it into Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or any other provider.

Your mailing list provider collects emails (beta)

We're still working on this, but we'd like to make it easy for you to just insert your mailing list providers form into Podpage so the emails go directly to that list. We're starting to support ConvertKit and want to add other providers soon. It's a bit trickier to set up, but we're working on this.
